TEC 908 Web Discussion Board

At several points in the next module of the course, you will be using the TEC 908 Web Discussion Board to share your reflections and discoveries with your fellow course participants.

You can access the TEC 908 Web Discussion Board by clicking on the web board link found at the top of all the webpages on the course website.

Additional information on using the web discussion board can be found by clicking on the Documentation links (Getting Started, Formatting, Troubleshooting) on the left side of the screen while you are using the Web Discussion Board.

Posting messages to the TEC 908 Web Discussion Board does not require a unique username and password. When adding a message to one of the discussion topics you will need to:

* enter your first name and last initial in the box next to Username

* leave the Password box empty

* you can enter your email address in the email box if you wish but are not required to do that if you are uncomfortable with sharing your email address on the web

Visit the TEC 908 Web Discussion Board now and practice posting a message. Click on the TEC 908 Link and then on the Online Communications Module link

As I mentioned above, you will be using the web discussion board several times in the next module of the course. Use this visit to acquaint yourself with how the web board functions and to read some of the messages left by other course participants and post a short introductory message.

Record the completion date in your logbook.
